2. Creator Partnerships

Access to our management infrastructure is contingent upon a signed Management Agreement. Submission of an application via the website does not guarantee partnership. We reserve the right to refuse service.

3. Intellectual Property

Our website design, structural logic, proprietary AI frameworks, text, graphics, and underlying code are the property of XSCALES LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute them without written consent. Creators strictly retain ownership of their personal likeness and submitted visual content, subject to the licensing details established in their specialized Management Agreement.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
